With the fall weather coming in, and winter on its way, it is time to start thinking about fall and winter sports, and the gear you need to be ready. I recently discovered a website called Altrec.com that has loads of great sports gear at discounted prices. And I am not talking about off brands, but names like Timberland, Polartec, and much more.

They always have an outlet store, but right now they have a Fall Outlet Sale - Up to 60% off which further discounts a lot of great sporting goods, and jackets for the cooler climate. Definitely worth a check to see what they have, and maybe a few holiday gifts can be crossed off your list.

Adding Eco-Friendliness to Our Exercise Routine

For years we have known that exercising is healthy for our bodies and minds. And there are numerous types of exercise to involve ourselves in. Exercise has become routine for many people across the world as our daily routine slowly takes the physical labor of our jobs away to be replaced by machines.

And hurray for that! As we continue to live longer into our 80's and 90's, we need to stay healthy as long as we can.
